KAC is committed to providing ongoing professional development for all our staff. Our Kokatha and aboriginal staff are supported to find the perfect course, and after they’re enrolled in the course they are further supported by having time allocated during the week for study.
Providing educational opportunities for our staff is something we value -. not only to ensure KAC is staffed by skilled employees, but to create improved career pathways for the team and their individual futures.
And so when one of KACs most familiar faces in the office gets a TAFE SA certificate in the mail then we are excited all over again.
Melinda Forrest finished her Cert III in Business Administration a few months ago however there is nothing quite like getting that certificate into your hand!
