The Kokatha Board of Directors has successfully had the ORIC Registrar remove the rule banning anyone who was a Director between 30 June 2018 and the start special administration on being elected as a Director.

This rule was put into the Rule Book by the special administrator.  There were no findings of wrongdoing against any individual former Directors who were banned by the special administrator.

The current Board made the request to the ORIC Registrar so that all Kokatha members can decide who is elected as a Director, as is their right.

This means that former Directors who were banned can now stand for election at this year’s AGM on 18 November 2023.
