Administrative Support – Operations (Supply Chain)

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our dedicated and highly skilled team. This person will work in an administrative role that provides support to the operational departments of the business, specifically in the areas of spare parts, logistics and inventory.
This exciting role will see you adding to your existing skills that have been gained from previous experience working in a similar role. An opportunity to undertake formal training and develop new skills, such as Certificate II or III in Supply Chain, or similar, is also available.
You will be working closely with a number of employees and managers across several operational departments of the business and also liaising closely with many of our key external stakeholders including local, interstate and international customers.
You will enjoy problem solving, be self-motivated and consistently demonstrate a high level of initiative. A genuine willingness to learn, coupled with excellent computer literacy skills, are an essential requirement for this role.
OTHER:
This is a full-time role based in Booleroo Centre (Mid North) South Australia. For this reason, it is preferable that the individual is within close proximity of Booleroo Centre or is willing to relocate to the area.
Remuneration will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience and skill level.

Requirements
- Successful completion of Year 12
- Experience in a similar role is not required but would be considered an advantage
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Applicants must hold Australian or NZ Citizenship, or the capacity to permanently work in Australia
