These protocols also include a new process for Kokatha people to obtain access to the Kokatha Heritage reports completed on all surveys undertaken by KHS. In addition to general information about the outcome of each survey being made publicly and regularly available ie. no heritage concerns identified/requires NTA, Heritage report finalised, redacted heritage reports can be requested by Common Law Holders through KAC (based on the recommended content of the Culture and Heritage Committee and the Informants on the site).
