 We pay our respects to Australia’s First Nations people and the custodians of this land which was never ceded. It always was & always will be Aboriginal land. 

The 2022 Theme: Get Up Stand Up Show Up invites us all to embrace our First Nations cultural knowledge and understanding of country, and to work together to recognize, protect and maintain all aspects of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage.

The week is a great opportunity to participate in a range of activities and to support your local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia each July to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
