Directors representing Kokatha People Native Title Compensation Pty Ltd, as Trustee for the Kokatha People Native Title Compensation Charitable Trust and the Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation recently received the quarterly portfolio performance report for the Kokatha People Native Title Compensation Trust for the December 2019 quarter from our Investment Manager.
It reported that the Trust fund portfolio beat all its asset class benchmarks for the same period except for Australian shares. The portfolio has produced $324,193 of income in the first 6 months of this Financial Year; which is on track to meet or exceed expectations. There has been a further $160,193 of capital growth Financial Year to 31st Dec 2019. The portfolio is currently (January 2020) valued at $12,170,502 which brings the capital growth to $667,032 for this Financial Year and reflects a very strong January 2020 outcome.
