s previously advised, KAC have now completed a formal application for the urgent protection of Lake Torrens under Section 9 and Section 10 of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1994 (CTH).

The application was addressed to Commonwealth Government Minister for the Environment, The Hon. Sussan Ley MP and also sent to the Federal Minister for Indigenous Australians, The Hon. Ken Wyatt AW, MP.
