OZ Minerals have released the report of a Pre-Feasibility Study for the potential Carrapateena Block Cave expansion.

It is reported that the expansion projections estimates that the  production rate would significantly increase by 2026 and also the life of the mine would increase. 

There are proposed related infrastructure projects to support this potential expansion and KAC is already in talks with OZ Minerals regarding this.
