The PMC is a group of representatives from Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation and BHP that meets every quarter to ensure the objectives outlined in the Partnering Agreement and Native Title Mining Agreement are achieved over the life of the Carrapateena mine.
The PMC is focused on four key areas: business and contracts, employment and training, cultural heritage, environmental management and health and safety.
Its first meeting for 2024 was held on 13 March in the BHP Adelaide Airport Office, making this PMC the 26th meeting since the partnership began.
