he August 2020 edition of the Port Wakefield Overpass and Highway Duplication Project has been released.
In this edition find out more about the project design, key project milestone dates, early works and information about the upcoming Community Information Session outlined below.
The PW2PA Alliance project team is holding a Community Information Session as detailed below:
Where: Eagles Sports & Community Centre, Drake Crescent Port Wakefield.
When: Thursday 13 August from 3pm – 7pm.
You are invited to meet members of the PW2PA project team and discuss the project, see the latest Port Wakefield Overpass and Highway Duplication concept design, provide feedback and find out ways you can get involved.
All members of the public are welcome. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to attend.
Due to Covid-19 circumstances continually changing attendees must register via phone 1300 161 407 or email to attending the Information Session.
The Eagles Sports & Community Centre has a certain number of attendees allowed in the venue at one time. To ensure these restrictions are followed they will be allowing attendees to visit the Information session for up to 45 minutes, the sessions will be held at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm please advised which session you would like to attend. It is also required that everyone who attends the Information session fills out a Covid-19 questionnaire stating you are well and have no symptoms or have not travelled to any restricted Australian states or overseas before being admitted to the venue. Please allow adequate time to fill out the questionnaire and if you are unwell on the day, please do not come.
