Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation is pleased to announce the results of the Trustee Advisory Committee (TAC) election held at its Common Law Holders’ Meeting on Sunday 19 November.
The community voted the following six people onto the TAC, from nine nominations received:
They join existing TAC members Joyleen Thomas and Lynette Strangways.
KAC Members also chose their family representatives and proxies for the Culture & Heritage Committee (CHC).
The CHC provides advice to the KAC Board on culture and heritage matters. Representatives from CHC also contribute to several working groups and committees, as presented to the Board on the weekend.
