The Land is Alive!
With over 80mm of rain across some areas of Roxby Downs and Purple Downs Stations the country has exploded into a carpet of green, water birds are swimming on the swamps and the cattle are enjoying fresh grass.
New Kokatha Pastoral station hand, Dallas Amos commenced work at the right time, experiencing country at its best. He is getting busy already, as well as towing passer-by’s bogged cars out of the driveway!
Dallas comes to KAC with a wealth of livestock and land management knowledge, learnt primarily working alongside his Grand Father on Mount Searle Station. Dallas also brings a much-needed dimension to the team; Dallas is IT savvy. Hooray!
Welcome to KAC Dallas and may the rains continue to fall where needed.
