Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trust and Member Services Officer.
This is a community-facing role, supporting the delivery of trust-based programs and services to Kokatha members and registered Common Law Holders.
The successful candidate will bring strong admin and communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to culturally respectful service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
◾Assisting with Community Assistance Program (CAP) applications.
◾Liaising with members and external stakeholders.
◾Supporting program delivery, finance, and reporting.
◾Upholding governance standards and confidentiality.
What we’re looking for:
◾Experience in business management, executive support, or finance.
◾Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
◾Confidence using digital tools like Monday.com and Microsoft Office.
◾A genuine commitment to supporting Aboriginal communities.
Desirable but not essential:
◾Prior experience in not-for-profits or Aboriginal organisations.
◾Knowledge of trust structures or community governance.
📍 This is a full-time role based in Port Augusta.
A driver’s licence and police clearance are required.
