Our AGM and CLHM are fast approaching, and we’re looking forward to seeing our KAC members and Kokatha Common Law Holders come together for an important weekend of connection, updates and decision-making.
Here’s what you need to know
Doors to Lea Theatre will close at this time and no late entries will be permitted, so please arrive early to register and check your details.
When registering, please take a moment to confirm your name, address and contact information. You can update them on the day and register to receive future KAC alerts by email or SMS.
To help families participate, children’s activities will be provided from 9.30am on both Saturday and Sunday at the Central Augusta Football Club rooms.
Activities will include face painting, craft and a clown show, along with children’s meals provided each day.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be served in the Central Augusta Football Club on both days. No food or drinks are permitted in Lea Theatre.
All members attending the AGM are expected to act in accordance with the KAC Code of Conduct. You can view a copy on our website.
If you’re unable to attend the AGM, you can appoint another KAC member as your proxy (someone who votes on your behalf).
Each member can hold a proxy for up to three (3) other members.
All proxy forms must be received by 9.30am, Thursday 20 November 2025. If your proxy form is not received by the deadline, it cannot be accepted.
We look forward to seeing everyone there and coming together as a community to shape KAC’s next chapter.
