Kokatha Pastoral was honoured to host the first leg of the 2023 Cattle Australia Rural Awareness Tour this week.
Sixteen delegates from Canberra and Sydney visited Lake Mary and Roxby Downs Station on Monday morning, as part of the week-long tour.
They included government officials and key industry stakeholders involved in the development of policies affecting beef cattle producers.
The Regional Awareness Tours have been run for more than 20 years, with over 200 senior decision makers participating.
A big thanks to Kokatha member Kenny Smith for welcoming the delegates with an amazing Acknowledgement of Country in language.
