This is a fantastic opportunity to build stronger governance skills and ensure Kokatha voices continue to be heard.
Carly and Chereena were two of just 56 scholars selected for the current round of the First Nations Director Scholarship, which kicked off with a four-day intensive training workshop in Brisbane last week.
As Kokatha leaders, they’re passionate about creating strong foundations for KAC through robust governance.
Carly and Chereena say they’re both extremely grateful to their fellow Directors and the Corporation for supporting them to do this important training.
