IMPORTANT 2025 KAC AGM & CLHM INFORMATION

*** PLEASE NOTE: NOTICE OF MEMBERS’ RESOLUTION AND UPDATED AGM AGENDA***

Notice of a Members’ Resolution has now been added to the AGM agenda. Please see below a letter from the Board about the Members’ Resolution and to view the updated agenda.

The KAC Board of Directors has scheduled the 2025 AGM and Kokatha Common Law Holders’ Meeting to take place on 22 and 23 November in Port Augusta.

The AGM will be held on Saturday 22 November at Lea Memorial Theatre, 12 Hannagan Street, Port Augusta.

  • BBQ breakfast supplied by KAC at 8am.
  • Registration commencing from 8.30am.
  • AGM scheduled from 9.30am to 4pm with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea provided.
 

The Kokatha Common Law Holders’ Meeting will be held on Sunday 23 November at Lea Memorial Theatre, 12 Hannagan Street, Port Augusta.

  • BBQ breakfast supplied by KAC at 8am.
  • Registration commencing at 8.30am.
  • CLHM scheduled from 9.30am to 2pm with morning tea and lunch provided.
 

To assist members and registered KAC Common Law Holders to attend the AGM and CLHM, KAC will provide a $200 gift card and fuel payment. You must be a KAC member or registered Common Law holder to receive this assistance. For fuel assistance please contact Faith Munga at the SANTS Office on 1800 010 360 or email faithm@nativetitlesa.org

Please note: The KAC AGM is for Kokatha members only and the KAC CLHM is for Kokatha members and registered Kokatha Common Law Holders only.

Notice of these meetings, support details and an information pack about the agenda items, including previous minutes and the Code of Conduct, has been mailed out to members and registered KCLHs in accordance with items 5.11 and 6.5 of the KAC Rule Book.

IMPORTANT DATES

5pm Friday 7 November – Director Nomination forms must have been returned in person to the KAC Office or by email to boardsec@kokatha.com.au

9.30am Thursday 20 November – proxy forms must have been returned to KAC by mail, email boardsec@kokatha.com.au or by dropping them into the front desk of the Port Augusta office.
