Kokatha representatives and members of the OZ Minerals team took part in a two-day Partnering Health Check at the Carrapateena mine in central South Australia last week.

The event is part of the KAC OZ Minerals Partnering Agreement to provide a regular opportunity to reflect on the partnership and set future goals.

Health Checks also offer an important opportunity for attendees to learn more from each other.

The current KAC Board and the Board that was in place when the original Partnering Agreement was signed in 2016 took part in last week’s workshop.

They were given the opportunity to tour various areas of the mining operation and also spent time sharing what they see as a priority for the years ahead.

Both organisations described it as a huge success, with plenty of discussion and motivation for positive change over the next 12 months.
