NOTICE OF KAC GENERAL MEETING AND COMMON LAW HOLDERS MEETING

5 JUNE 2021, PORT AUGUSTA

This notice is to advise the General Meeting of Members (GM) and Common Law Holders Meeting (CLHM) of Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC ICN 8093 will take place at  West Augusta Football Club, Port Augusta on Saturday 5 June:

General Meeting- 10am-11:30am.

This meeting has been called by KAC Directors to confirm the Culture and Heritage Committee family representatives for 2021, and assist family voting processes on the day if requested

Kokatha Common Law Holders Meeting- 12:30pm-4:30pm.

This meeting has been requested by the Kokatha General Trustee (Perpetual) to vote on:

1. The Kokatha General Trust Advisory Group membership (4-8 Kokatha people to be elected)

2. OZ Minerals Education Scholarship Distribution Policy (approval being sought)

Registration opens at 9am

Kokatha people who register on the day will receive a fuel or food voucher to support their attendance.
