Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation and Ku Arts are excited to offer a unique opportunity to learn silk painting from Ngangiwumerri textile artist Pilawuk White and her son Niwili White Forrest!

Time: 9:30am – 3:30pm daily (Lunch at 12:30pm)
Location: 45 Press Road, Port Augusta West
8 spots only per session – registrations are essential!Pilawuk and Niwili deliver culturally safe silk painting activities to Aboriginal artists from diverse language groups across South Australia.
In just three hours, participants will create striking silk artworks, learning how to write, symbolise, draw, wax and paint their stories, identities and cultures.
Participants are welcome to attend one or more days — but please only register for the full days you can commit to. Spaces are strictly limited to 8 people per day and filled on a first-registered, first-served basis.
