WE'RE HIRING - MEMBER SERVICES OFFICER
Do you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people? Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Member Services Officer.

The successful applicant will work directly with current and prospective Kokatha Members and support all elements of the membership and member services processes.

As the Member Services Officer, you will:

◾️Handle enquiries for current and prospective members and manage membership administration.
◾️Assist members with enquires and requests for assistance, including needs assessment and initial eligibility and preparation of applications for assistance.
◾️Support and develop Member Service initiatives that help Kokatha community members to benefit from KAC support and improve their livelihoods.
◾️Maintain the KAC Member Register and ensure accurate record management of assistance.
◾️Assist with financial administration tasks, including credit card payments, purchase orders and credit card reconciliations.
◾️Provide professional receptionist duties, including answering and transferring calls and taking phone messages, filing paperwork, managing post, and email correspondence (on rotation).

To be successful in this role you will have:

◾️Sound understanding of interests the needs and interests of the Kokatha people and community.
◾️Experience in general administration and/or customer service in a community services setting.
◾️Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance member demands with the restrictions of the assistance programs.
Special Conditions:
◾️National Police clearance required.
