Kokatha Pastoral and Arid Recovery are working together on shared goals around caring for country.

 

As part of this collaboration we’re looking for an experienced fencer, who can operate a motorbike and ATV to join our teams for up to six days a week.

 

Accommodation and meals at Roxby Downs Station will be provided, or alternatively the role could suit someone living in Andamooka or Roxby Downs.

 

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of livestock fence repairs and maintenance, including existing fencing and maintaining stock waters.

 

We’re looking for someone who is physically fit, capable and enjoys working on their own, as well as being part of a close-knit team.

 

The work component for Arid Recovery requires a weekly one-day patrol of the specialised predator proof fence (pictured) and occasional additional fence maintenance.
