Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation (KAC) is partnering with Fordham Group, part of the Perpetual Trustees, to assist the Kokatha community members with questions and enquiries in accessing KAC’s new Trusts and Member Services Program.
What this means for you:
◾A dedicated, free call phone number to provide Kokatha community members with information on how to apply and what funding you can access under the Community Assistance Program.
◾A personal login into KAC’s Community Assistance Program to submit your invoices directly for payment. Please note that regular payments will be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

For new members logging in for the first time, they will need to click on the Fordham AMS link below and click “Forgot password”. They then will need to enter in the email address that we have on file for them. The system will then send them a Password reset link via email. Once the member has reset their
password they will be able to login. Their username is their first.lastname (all lowercase, no spaces).
