Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation is proud to highlight the great work out valued team member Kerri Shannon has been doing since she joined KAC in 2022.
Kerri, who is a Yankunytjatjara/Adnyamathanha woman, started as a receptionist and administration assistant at the Corporation, before stepping into finance and payroll.
Over the past two years, Kerri has become a vital part of our operations, providing strong support across finance processes and office management.
Recently, Kerri was appointed to the position of Kokatha Pastoral Administration and Operations Support Officer, where she manages all aspects of finance and payroll for the pastoral team.
As part of her new role, Kerri works closely with Station Managers Adam and Jolene Wagner, as well as organisations like South Australian Arid Lands (SAAL) and Arid Recovery, as Kokatha Pastoral continues to grow.
Kerri is recognised for her professionalism, organisational skills, and commitment to building positive relationships across the team, with partners, and within the wider community.
She is passionate about supporting Kokatha Pastoral’s success now, and into the future.
Outside of work, you’ll find Kerri enjoying live music, sporting events, family time, or winding down with a good book or jigsaw puzzle.
