We’re seeking an Aboriginal Employment & Training Coordinator to design, develop and implement needs-based training programs for Kokatha people.
The successful candidate will engage with the Kokatha community and other stakeholders to ensure training and employment programs are managed for the long term benefit of all Kokatha people.
They will also provide support and cultural advice to Kokatha Aboriginal Corporation (KAC) management and stakeholder senior managers at all KAC operational locations with in the Native Title Determination Area.
Applicants should have demonstrated industry experience designing and implementing training and employment programs for Aboriginal communities.
Experience and/or knowledge of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), local government, training institutions and community service providers within the training and employment sphere is desirable.
Some overnight travel will be required as part of this role.
